Before You Buy

Can you view your vans or test drive them? 

We do not stock the vans on site, we use dealerships across the UK to supply them to you directly. You can test drive them at your local dealership. For most models we have extensive video reviews available and our team are here to assist with any questions you have.  

Can I get finance?
Any person over the age of 18, and any business can apply for finance with us. We work as a credit broker, and so acceptance is at the discretion of our carefully selected finance providers. All applications are subject to a credit check and affordability assessment.

When do I need to pay a deposit?
We do not require any deposit to secure a vehicle for you, once you have a credit approval in place, sign the order and have paid the administration fee we will secure the vehicle for you. 

Do we have to pay an arrangement fee?
We charge a £200 plus VAT administration fee, this is payable once your credit has been approved and just prior to ordering your vehicle. 

Some of our finance providers may also charge an admin fee. You will be informed of all finance charges by our sales team. Also, you will have ample time to review your documents before you sign.

When can I have my van?
New vans can be delivered within 7-10 days if in stock. Factory order times will vary but you'll be advised of the estimated delivery date at point of order. We will then keep in regular contact with you to ensure you are kept up to date.

What happens if I'm not happy with my vehicle?
We are here to help if you are unhappy with the van that was purchased from us. We are committed to customer satisfaction and do everything we can to make sure our customers are happy.

How can I appeal a decision regarding a vehicle-related complaint?
If the parties are unable to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution, the complaint should be sent to:

Ordering Your Van

How easy is it to order my new van?

Very easy, once you have spoken to our sales team and decided what van and finance is required, you will be emailed the finance application to complete, once approved then the order form. Both can be be complete electronically on your computer of even your phone.


Is my mileage relevant to the van finance?

If you have taken your van on a lease agreement or hire purchase with a balloon, the likelihood is that yes, your mileage is important. Your estimate mileage will have been used to calculate your payments based on the estimate final value of the van at the end of the lease.


Will I have to pass a credit check to finance a van?
Yes, you will need to pass a credit check to be approved by our finance providers. We have a selection of finance providers in order to have a lender suitable for your credit profile.


Where does my new van come from?

New vans are provided by our main dealer partners, anywhere in the UK, all new vans come with full manufacturers warranty.


How is my vehicle delivered?

All new vans come with free delivery and the van will be driven to you. You can request for your van to be trailered, please speak to our sales team who can organise a quotation for you. 



Part Exchange

Do you take part exchange?
Yes, we do. Any van, any age, any mileage and any condition, we will consider your van in part exchange. We will settle any outstanding finance for you, and we can collect your part exchange if you are not local to us.

How do you value my van?
Based on information you give us we can value your van in minutes using CAP, and industry standard valuation system. We will need the know about your van, including vehicle registration, mileage, condition report, service history, etc.

As we retail the majority of vans taken in part exchange our self, there is no "middle man". This means you will get the best price from us.

What happens if I have outstanding finance?
As part of the deal, we can take your existing finance into account and help you settle it. We can transfer equity from your part exchange as a deposit to the van or as cash back.
